Change and Transition

Heath care reform has brought about a new paradigm for Northeast Delta Dental, and as CEO, leadership plays an important role in helping employees transition smoothly while retaining our positive corporate culture.  Change brings feelings of loss, such as loss of control and loss of identity, and can result in disengagement and denial.  But we’re all in this together and by supporting each other, in any time of transition in life, we can move from the past to a future full of opportunity, high energy and hope.  Please share with me your strategies on how you’ve dealt with new directions in business.
