Customer Service Week – 2011

The International Customer Service Association launched National Customer Service Week in 1988 to focus on the importance of the customer and customer service opportunities for companies around the globe and to celebrate and support the customer service profession and the customers they serve.

Northeast Delta Dental recognizes and thanks its employees, all of whom enthusiastically dedicate themselves to ensuring that every customer has a memorable, positive experience with our company. The positive messages and reminders of National Customer Service Week resonate all year long, reinforcing and strengthening our ongoing commitment to customer service excellence.

Customer Service Week is celebrated annually during the first full week of October. This year our celebration starts on Tuesday October 4, and ends on Thursday October 6. Our Northeast Delta Dental teammates will enjoy our Stampede to Success western theme as we share our best customer service stories and a western style luncheon and by participating in company- wide training on how health care reform may impact our business and industry and our customer relationships.
