Update on Health Care Reform

Northeast Delta Dental is closely following the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) implementation process, from the development of exchanges to the formulation of plan designs. We’re monitoring critical federal regulations on the details of the law, including the required pediatric dental benefits piece of the essential benefits mandated by the law. Detailed regulations are yet to come as things continue to evolve, plus local legislative activity is addressing new health care reform requirements in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
