Last week we celebrated national customer service week and it was awesome to recognize all of the great employee colleagues at Northeast Delta Dental who perform exemplary customer service, all year round. Our theme was Mission Possible, and we were able to see a remarkable show about our universe at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center (Planetarium), our neighbors in Concord. Last night, October 14, we had a robust group of customers, dentists and brokers, representing our three states (ME, NH, VT) and our three key stakeholders (purchasers, providers and producers) — hence the Delta Dental triangle. Wow, what great feedback we received about our customer service and also great support for our work on emerging dental science, and on new product, DeltaVision (group insurance for eye care). We are so fortunate to have customers, dentists, and brokers so willing to share their ideas and support.
