National Wear Red Day® (a registered trademark of HHS and AHA) is Friday, February 3, and it represents a nationwide effort to make women more aware of the danger of heart disease.  Heart disease kills more women than all cancers combined.  To learn more and become a part of the movement to spread awareness, go to the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women Facebook page or check out goredforwomen.org.  We can all make a positive difference in the heart health of our wives, mothers, sisters and daughters.  Wear red to show your support – I am; are you?
