Veterans Count

Every Memorial Day we honor and remember the ultimate sacrifice our fallen soldiers have made in service to our country. This past weekend you may have heard me on Northeast Delta Dental Radio talking about a program called Veterans Count. Brigadier General Bob Dastin, USAF, (Ret.) approached me several years ago to become a supporter of the Veterans Count Club, and it’s been an enriching experience.

Launched by the Easter Seals organization in 2007, Veterans Count ensures that New Hampshire’s Veterans, National Guard and Reserve members and their families receive critical support and emergency financial assistance before, during and after deployment. By joining the Veterans Count Club, you can make a difference in recognizing the service and sacrifice of our veterans by connecting them and their families with outreach services for medical, social, emotional and financial needs. It is one small way we all can thank our troops for defending and protecting our freedom.
