I blogged in February about national children’s dental health month and how parents who regularly take their children to the dentist deserve a gold medal. Here at Northeast Delta Dental, where feedback is a gift, we routinely survey our subscribers, providers and group purchasers on how we’re doing. We take it a step further and survey our own employees, always looking for room to improve. Yesterday management reviewed the results of our latest biennial strategic alignment survey of employees and the results are astounding. Ed Haltrecht from Novations reported that Northeast Delta Dental has broken all records and “gone for the gold,” in a most humble way. Every year for the past ten years our employee satisfaction has increased and, in fact, is considered world class. This year we topped the charts, worthy of a gold medal. As CEO, I know the human side of the enterprise is what makes us so successful and our happy employees help us earn high satisfaction rates with our external customers. Thank you to an awesome team!
