My colleague, Barbara McLaughlin, Director of Corporate Relations, recently represented Northeast Delta Dental at the Air National Guard (ANG) Business & Industry Days at the McGhee Tyson Training Education Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. The event is an opportunity for the ANG to acquaint employers and key civic leaders with our national defense missions and the benefits of employing Guard members. In return for leave from the business world, of great value is the high level leadership education and training that our Guard members gain during their service to country that is then brought back and utilized in the workplace. Northeast Delta Dental is a proud supporter of our troops and their families back home and fully complies with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
