At the All-Colleagues (all employees) meeting we have at Northeast Delta Dental, we always recognize employee colleagues who have been with the company 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and even 30 years. (At Thursday’s 9/3/09 meeting we had a 25-year anniversary and a 33-year anniversary!). The loyalty of our employees always amazes me and brings a smile to my face. The combination of experienced employees who provide accurate answers for our customers and participating dentists, coupled with newer colleagues who have augmented our Information Systems department and other key functions in our company and bring us new ideas and fresh perspectives, is one of the secrets to Northeast Delta Dental’s success! Also, we began the 9/3/09 All-Colleagues meeting with a presentation for the United Way, and the giving nature of our employee colleagues, coupled with our corporate gift, can make quite a positive difference in the communities in which we operate.
